Party wall matters

I specialise in party wall matters under the Party Wall etc Act 1996. Any work to, or close to a party wall is controlled by this Act.

Work close to (3-6 metres Notice) of an adjoining owner's building or boundary may, under certain circumstances, be subject to the Act. to ensure everything runs smoothly and avoiding any potential legal issues.
